The project aimed to recover agro-industrial effluents on several industrial sites of the Lesaffre group (United States, Argentina and Poland).
The different objectives of the project were:
- Carrying out a water quality diagnosis
- Risk assessment associated with the proposed valuation practices
- Selection of crops adapted to the practices envisaged
- Sizing of recovery channels
- Definition of the instruments associated with monitoring reuse practices
- Development of control software
- Development of control procedures
- Worker training
- Drafting of regulatory files
Ecofilae’s actions
The actions carried out by Ecofilae consisted in:
- Sizing of the storage areas necessary for the recovery of effluents on 5 industrial sites;
- Selection of crops adapted to the proposed valuation practices;
- Definition of monitoring and data management systems, monitoring of implementation;
- Worker training
